The shocking message is spread across a sign that Annie Kendek planted this Thursday afternoon in front of one of the entrances to Nancy's central hospital. This resident of Longeville-les-Saint-Avold in Moselle wants to both appeal to the public and engage in a sort of standoff with the Nancy hospital.
