A label that reveals the future for young people

Last December, the Nice-based recruitment and consulting firm ABP Talents - Le Grand Bain launched Orientation Game, a fun, free, and above all, quick career guidance test. In less than a year, it has enabled some 40,000 young people to discover careers suited to their profile and, above all, the paths that lead to them. This is necessary because in France, 83% of high school students are stressed about Parcoursup; 16.7% of 20-24 year-olds are NEETS (neither in employment, nor in education, nor in training) and the cost of poor career guidance is estimated at nearly €4 billion per year. This fall, the Côte d'Azur recruitment firm, a mission-driven company, is going further by offering Révélateurs d'Avenir. "It's the logical next step," explains its director Sophie Palacios. This time aimed at professionals, Révélateurs d'Avenir is intended as a CSR label that builds bridges between young people and businesses.
The goal is to transform them from simple recruiters into benchmarks for 15-26 year-olds by showing the reality of the professions, embodied by real testimonies, and by creating useful initial contacts at the decisive moment. "When they commit to our label," insists Sophie Palacios, "it's not just to participate in discovering the professions. They contribute to equal opportunities. They bring their piece to the building and build the society of tomorrow based on the creativity of young people, their enthusiasm and ability to think outside the box." Another advantage is that the Révélateurs d'Avenir label is a driving force for societal transformation, which can be used in CSR initiatives, HR communications, etc.
Human capitalIn addition to developing their employer brand with the new generation, companies benefit from HR decision-making support thanks to ABP Talents' experience in personality analysis to maximize the successful integration of interns and other work-study students. They benefit from an indirect form of sourcing and invest in their human capital. Depending on their level of commitment – from €67 excluding VAT to €375 excluding VAT per month –, member companies appear in job descriptions including an immersive video highlighting their strengths and values, the actions and concrete missions of the position presented, and a link to the recruitment page. They can also benefit from HR support, including enneagram tests. "We will continue to develop Orientation Game by adding emerging professions to the 300 already available in order to meet the needs of companies," emphasizes Sophie Palacios. She concludes: "A young person who is well-oriented today is a committed employee tomorrow."
