The theater lights up summer nights in the village of Cabris

The Albert Camus Corniche is transformed into an open-air stage to host the Théâtre sous les étoiles festival, organized by Nathalie Petit, deputy for culture—who revived it four years ago—with Sylvie Cabrera, president of the Cabris Initiatives association. A week of free performances, every evening at 9 p.m., begins today.
Sponsored by landscape architect Jean Mus, the 2025 edition offers an eclectic program, mixing comedy, improvisation, and contemporary creations. "This festival is a cultural breath of fresh air in the heart of summer," says Nathalie Petit. " It brings together residents and visitors around the theater, in a poetic atmosphere."
A breathtaking view of the Grasse hinterlandSébastien Vanni opens the festivities with his new play, Localement agité , which explores family dynamics with humor and emotion through a situation that is, to say the least, agitated. To top it all off, Cabris, perched between the sea and the mountains, offers a breathtaking view of the Grasse hinterland, adding to the magic of a festival that has become a must-see summer event.
"Theater Under the Stars" Festival, from August 4 to 10, at 9 p.m., Corniche Albert-Camus. Free admission, free parking. Full program on the Cabris Initiative Facebook page.
