Seiko Prospex x Padi: Two new emerald green Japanese divers

Seiko is once again celebrating its partnership with PADI, the world's leading scuba diving training organization, with two new special editions.
This year, the 1965 Heritage Diver's (€1,750) and the Samurai (€670) are the perfect way to dive in style. These two special editions pay tribute to the partnerships between Seiko and Padi. PADI is the world's leading dive training organization. With more than 6,300 dive centers and nearly 136,000 qualified instructor members worldwide, PADI has issued more than 25 million certifications worldwide and offers diving courses and scuba diving services almost anywhere.
Each of these two Japanese watchmaking creations features an emerald green dial and unidirectional rotating bezel that look stunning on the wrist. The Prospex 1965 Heritage is inspired by the very first Seiko diver's watch launched in 1965, the 62MAS. Accompanied by a strap woven from recycled fishing nets and water-resistant to 300 meters, this 40 mm diameter diver's watch is equipped with the 6R55 caliber offering a 72-hour power reserve.
With a diameter of 41.7 mm, the Prospex Samouraï retains the angular and precise lines of the original case, with a robust and functional design and a refined silhouette. Powered by the caliber 4R35 offering 41 hours of power reserve, it is water-resistant to 200 meters.
