This affirmative question was posed by Dr. Naïma Benzohra, a psychiatrist at the Rouffach Hospital Center. Needless to say, she knows what she's talking about when she spoke at the Psy Polar festival, which took place this Sunday, August 31, for the second consecutive year at the psychiatric facility.
