The Jazz in Marciac festival, which entered its second week, vibrated on Monday, July 28, around pianist Christian Sands and trumpeter Wynton Marsalis. The first part, in a trio, and the second, in a sextet, allowed us to savor musical universes imbued with poetry, spirituality, and the joy of playing.

In a carefully curated lineup, the jazz festival organizers combined two highly complementary groups.
