These are the best and cheapest beaches in Spain this summer 2025, according to a study.

"Let's go to the beach , the sun is shining," says the song by Los Payos, which, for many, is a mantra every summer. The high temperatures and vacations make going for a swim at the seashore one of the perfect plans for these months.
A towel, sunscreen, and a swimsuit are the only items we need to enjoy this plan. However, the experience is enhanced when we have something fresh and light to eat and drink , especially if we're spending a lot of time at the beach.
If you're one of those who prefers not to carry a full cooler from home, the good news is that most beaches and coastal promenades usually have beach bars, bars, and stalls where you can get food and drinks to enjoy before or after a nice swim. However, the downside is usually when you take a look at the prices , especially depending on the city or town in Spain you're in.
In this regard, travel experts at Omio, a ticket comparison website for different modes of transport, have analyzed the prices of 75 popular beaches across Europe , producing a list of the best and most affordable, from which they also compiled a ranking of the cheapest beaches in Spain this summer.
Thus, the annual study takes into account "key summer factors, such as visitor reviews, average temperatures, and current prices for typical beach staples like sunbed rentals, ice cream, local beer, and, for the first time, iced coffee and hotel stays. New additions to this study include water temperature data and a comprehensive AI assessment," Omio reports.
The winner of this ranking is a Spanish beach, Playa de las Teresitas in Tenerife : "With a pleasant water temperature of 23 degrees and 21 degrees in the shade, the Canary Island offers everything vacationers need to take a dip and escape the heat. A last-minute double room costs around €128 per night, and drinks like beer and iced coffee are priced at €4.50." Below is the list of the best and cheapest beaches in Spain this year according to the Omio study.
