Ten destinations in Colombia that facilitate sustainable travel: which regions stand out?

Sustainability has become a cornerstone of various industries, including tourism. This aspect is no longer just essential for establishments, but also for tourists, who increasingly seek experiences that are respectful of communities and the environment.
According to Booking.com's latest Sustainability and Travel report, 99 percent of Colombian respondents expressed interest in making more responsible travel choices , and 69 percent said they have begun changing their habits to make this possible.

In this context, many destinations, both nationally and globally, have begun to adapt to these new demands from the traveling community , offering sustainable experiences that allow them to experience the place in a different way.
As part of the research, the platform selected national destinations that stand out for their accommodations geared toward sustainable practices.
Colombia has stood out in the sector for its community and nature initiatives that demonstrate the importance of ecosystem conservation.
