Tunisian defender Nader Ghandri, who had scored Akhmat Grozny's goal in the 73rd minute, was sent off in the 90th minute. On his way to the locker room, he gave his shirt to a fan in the stands.
However, the VAR called the referee, who overturned the red card. Ghandri, who was already in the tunnel, had to return and find the fan he had given his shirt to.
