Millonarios vs. Pasto postponed due to force majeure: the ambassador club extends the deadline for season ticket sales

Millonarios is still unable to start competing in the second half of the league, as its Sunday match against Deportivo Pasto , matchday 2, will be postponed by Dimayor due to force majeure. The match will be played on September 10.

Authorities informed Dimayor of the difficulties they were facing, and on Wednesday afternoon, the Colombian football governing body announced the decision.

Millonarios was notified and made the decision official on its social media. "Our match against Deportivo Pasto, for Matchday 2, was rescheduled by Dimayor for September 10."
Millonarios' first round-robin match against Unión Magdalena had already been postponed because they couldn't use the El Campín stadium. As things stand, their debut continues to be postponed. For now, this time is a good time for them to best prepare for the start of the championship, even if they have a backlog of games later.

The club announced that, given the circumstances, the deadline for the sale of Betplay II league season tickets has been extended.
"We inform you that, due to the rescheduling of our match against Pasto, the deadline for the renewal and purchase of season tickets has been extended until Thursday, July 24 at 12 noon.

Millonarios launched its season ticket plan for the second tournament in 2025 on Monday night. However, criticism has emerged from some fan sectors regarding the prices, amid a climate of unease among fans regarding sporting expectations following the events of the first half of the season.
On this occasion, season ticket prices range from $491,714 for a new season ticket holder on the north side to $1,473,141 for a new season ticket holder on the west-central side.
Millonarios is offering a special price to long-time season ticket holders as a reward for their loyalty, but these season ticket holders are also expressing their dissatisfaction with the price in light of recent sporting results, given the departure of star Falcao.

"Subscribers to the regular phase of the round-robin of the BetPlay League 2025-I are considered "OLD SUBSCRIBERS" who have the right to renew their subscription for the 2025-2 League, keeping the same number of subscriptions and respecting their seat and chair," the team reported.
Long-time season ticket holders have a guaranteed spot until July 18th at noon. Season ticket sales will be open until July 20th.
The season ticket includes all 10 home matches in the round-robin phase. The Betplay Cup match is not included.
The home matches will be against Pasto, Llaneros, Unión, Cali, Junior, Santa Fe, Fortaleza, América, Bucaramanga, and Once Caldas.
The team has begun announcing its reinforcements for this semester, and the first players confirmed are Álex Castro and left-footed winger Edwin Mosquera. Further additions are expected. Meanwhile, players such as Falcao, Álvaro Montero, and Daniel Cataño, among others, have left.
