Cuatroochenta increases sales by 31% and earns 89% more

The results up to September show both organic growth and the contribution of the two acquisitions made.
The Castellón-based technology company Cuatroochenta finished the third quarter with a turnover of 26.4 million euros, 31% more than in the same period of 2024.
According to the communication sent to BME Growth, organic growth contributed 26% of that increase, and 7% is attributed to inorganic growth, corresponding to the contribution of the two Barcelona-based companies acquired during this year: 3ipunt - dedicated to e-learning - and MP Services - of anti-fraud services.
In terms of results, EBITDA increased by 35% to €2.8 million, representing a margin of 10.8% on sales. Net profit was €1.2 million, 89% higher than last year.
The company estimates that its annualized recurring sales (ARR) as of September 30 amount to 22.5 million euros, representing a 15% increase compared to the ARR recorded as of December 31, 2024.
ForecastsCuatroochenta presented its medium-term forecasts to the stock market two weeks ago. It expects its revenue to reach €70 million by 2030, representing a 2.5-fold increase over 2024 revenue . This translates to a compound annual growth rate of 17%.
The projections published by Cuatroochenta also indicate that its EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) within five years will be ten million euros; that is, three times what was achieved last year, with an annual growth rate of 21%.
