Cuatroochenta expects to multiply by 2.5 by 2030

The Castellón-based technology company expects to generate €70 million in revenue within five years and triple its EBITDA, reaching €10 million.
The technology company Cuatroochenta expects to reach €70 million in revenue by 2030 , according to projections made by the company and shared with the BME Growth market. This figure would represent a 2.5-fold increase over its 2024 revenue , or a compound annual growth rate of 17%.
The projections published by Cuatroochenta also indicate that its EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) within five years will be ten million euros; that is, three times what was achieved last year, with an annual growth rate of 21%.
This is the baseline scenario approved by the board of directors of the Castellón-based company on October 22, explains the relevant fact.
Cuatroochenta's most important business is cybersecurity, which represents 42% of its revenue , followed by the activity as value-added resellers, with 28%, in addition to the activity of independent software providers, which represents 19%, and professional technology services, with 11%.
The results presented for the first half of 2025 point to that growth, as the turnover stood at 17 million euros and increased by 28% .
EBITDA for the first half of the year was 1.9 million, compared to 1.2 million for the same period in 2024.
AcquisitionsOf that increase in business, 26 percentage points came from organic growth and the remaining two points from the acquisitions that Cuatroochenta has made in the first half of this year.
Specifically, in May it acquired 3ipunt, a Barcelona-based company dedicated to the design, configuration and customization of e-learning platforms on the Moodle system.
With headquarters and teams in Barcelona and Madrid, and a staff of over 40 multidisciplinary professionals, 3ipunt recorded revenues of €3.4 million in 2024. Since 2020, 3ipunt has registered an annual growth rate of 27%.
Shortly after, it announced the acquisition of 100% of MP Services, also based in Barcelona, with an annual turnover of €1.3 million. MP Services specializes in fraud prevention for digital payments to airlines and e-commerce businesses in the leisure, fashion, and sports sectors. It has been incorporated into the cybersecurity division, along with Sofistic, a firm that protects the banking and critical infrastructure sectors in Central America.
