Jennifer Pedraza asserts that there are no records of Juliana Guerrero being 'admitted, a student, or a graduate of the San José Foundation.'

Congresswoman Jennifer Pedraza Sandoval continues to focus on the case of Juliana Guerrero , who is currently one of the candidates for the position of Vice Minister of Youth in the newly created Ministry of Equality and Equity.
The House representative has filed a couple of complaints about alleged irregularities in the official's academic and professional training .

This Wednesday, through her official X account, Pedraza assured that Guerrero does not appear in the official records of the National Higher Education Information System (SNIES) as a graduate or student of the San José Foundation.
In the same publication, the congresswoman shared the letter from the Ministry of Education, which states that there is no record of women's studies. They also clarify that the responsibility for reporting and updating this information lies with each higher education institution (HEI), not the Ministry. Therefore, if the information is incorrect or inaccurate, it is the HEI that must correct it.

"Consequently, the Ministry of National Education cannot provide this information, since the responsibility for reporting lies with each higher education institution ," the letter states.
On the other hand, the congresswoman did not hesitate to question the incident and whether it was truly a "human error." She also directly pointed the finger at political figures such as Congressman Juan Florián, current Minister of Equality, and President Gustavo Petro.
In addition to the Saber tests, Juliana Guerrero's SNIES records of having been admitted, a student, or a graduate of the San José Foundation are missing. The institution never reported her. This finding is crucial, as the SNIES is the Colombian government's official database that consolidates information from all higher education institutions in the country. If a student or graduate does not appear in this system, their education is not officially recognized.
What does the San José Education Foundation say?

Francisco Pareja, legal representative of the San José Education Foundation, the institution where Guerrero would have graduated, attributed this error to human error.
It's worth remembering that Guerrero is listed as a graduate of the San José University Foundation , which has an educational model that lends itself to homologations like those the future vice minister claims she achieved with technical and technological classes in the Public Accounting program.
In an interview with Blu Radio , the legal representative of the University Foundation, Francisco Pareja, said that Guerrero arrived in December 2023 and studied for 18 months, where previous studies she brought from places such as the Popular University of Cesar and SENA were validated.

Regarding Juliana Guerrero's Saber Pro and TyT results, which are required for obtaining a higher education degree and which have yet to be released, Pareja stated that the institution is investigating what could have happened. "We're human; with so many people, there could have been a mistake. It's possible we missed it," said the legal representative.
Pareja clarified that the certificate could be withdrawn without any problem. " When she takes the Saber Tests in November, we could issue it to her without any problem ," said the member of the University Foundation , considering that she completed her studies according to the institution's curriculum.
