This has not been the only time that Carlos Carrillo has strongly attacked President Gustavo Petro's right-hand man, as in a publication by X he told him: 'Enough of this nonsense.'
The tweet was a reaction to Saade's statements about the president's "reelection."

"You are not just any opinion-maker or tweeter; you are the chief of staff of the President of the Republic ," he said.
And he asserted: "The President himself has said many times that he's not interested," so Saade's intentions are not supported by the man who is the protagonist of the same. He then went on to say that Saade is "looking for attention" and that, if this continues, he suggested he leave the government.
Finally, he described the official's actions as a "little show" and asked for restraint amid the Colombian political debate.
