ATV accident (2003)

In 2003, Ozzy suffered a serious accident while riding a quad bike on his property in Buckinghamshire. He fractured his collarbone and six ribs, and suffered bleeding in his lungs that required surgery.

Health problems and accidents (2019)

2019 was a particularly difficult year for Ozzy. First, he suffered a fall in the bathroom that dislodged the metal rods he had in his back from the 2003 accident.
