2- Prevention of heart disease Experts confirm that garlic is considered one of the best preventive foods against heart disease, such as insufficiency and vascular conditions.
Consuming garlic cloves regularly improves the elasticity of the aorta , which is the main artery of the heart, prevents the formation of atherosclerotic plaque and cleans the arteries.
