The people win and migrant brothers are honored with a successful National Lottery draw.

With millions of tickets sold and wide participation, this grand raffle was held in honor of our migrant sisters and brothers. The people responded to President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo's call and generously joined this important cause.
The 303rd Special Grand Raffle was the best-selling of the year, with an estimated profit of more than 100 million pesos—after prizes were paid out—surpassing the goal announced with the President.
“Today, Mexico beats on both sides of the border. Today we celebrate those who never ceased to be part of this homeland, even though life has taken them far away. This raffle is for them, fellow migrants who are heroines and heroes of our nation,” Olivia Salomón, General Director of the National Lottery.
"We are very excited because with this moment, two sister institutions, the National Lottery and Correos de México, are sending the message that the strength of this great country lies in its roots, in its traditions, in its culture," Violeta Abreu González, Director General of Correos de México
The winning numbers for the Grand Prize of 255 million pesos, divided into 10 prizes of 25.5 million pesos, can be found at loterianacional.gob.mx.
As part of the national holidays, a date that unites Mexicans around the world, the National Lottery held the "Mexico with an M for Migrant" raffle. This is an act of recognition and hope brought about by the vision of President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, who established that this raffle would pay tribute to those heroes and heroines who, with their hearts divided between two lands, work tirelessly to build the Mexico they carry within.
The Grand Special Raffle No. 303 "Mexico with an M for Migrant" has established itself as the best-selling raffle of the year, surpassing the previous Grand Raffle (held on May 10) by 125%. This result not only makes it the most successful raffle of the year, but also shows a 132% increase compared to its counterpart raffle last year (No. 291), and a remarkable 241% increase compared to the same raffle in 2023 (No. 278). This reflects the strength of the institution's sales force, an innovative marketing strategy that visited the territory with local activations and promotions that resulted in public trust in the institution, and the promotion of a raffle with a cause that united Mexico on both sides of the border.
The Director General of the National Lottery, Olivia Salomón, and the Director General of Correos de México, Violeta Abreu González, united the country's two oldest institutions in an unprecedented event. Together, they rang the bell for the drawing, which symbolizes a bridge of solidarity that crosses borders, delivering not only prizes but also a powerful message of recognition to a community that, from afar, continues to sing: "Mexico, beautiful and beloved!"
Before the opening bell of the drawing, the Legado de Grandeza Collective performed the Himno Migrante (Migrant Anthem), a piece that was emblematic of the Gran Sorteo Especial (Special Draw) and inspired the 10 designs of the commemorative tickets. For their support, the head of the National Lottery offered special thanks "for being a fundamental ally of this draw."
From the Postal Palace, Olivia Salomón stated: "Today, Mexico beats on both sides of the border. Today we celebrate those who never ceased to be part of this homeland, even though life has taken them far away. This raffle is for them, migrants who are heroines and heroes of our nation."
Director Olivia Salomón emphasized that the first raffle for a specific cause under President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo's administration is being held in honor of migrant sisters and brothers, as a hug that crosses borders, an act of justice, and a memory honored as part of Mexico's greatness.
He also stated that due to the nature of this tribute, it was necessary to build it close to the people, which is why the 303rd Special Grand Raffle did not stay behind a desk but went out into the field, to the streets, to the squares, to the borders, and he emphasized that allies joined in at each location, "families who shared their pride and the three levels of government that wholeheartedly embraced this national cause."
Director Olivia Salomón emphasized that the ticket sellers did a great job with this drawing, bringing the message to millions of homes: "With their tireless efforts, they demonstrated that the National Lottery lives in the territory, that its strength lies in the people, and that this historic drawing belongs to all of Mexico," she said.
Furthermore, the head of the National Lottery recalled that, at the President's direction, the purpose of the drawing is to use the proceeds, after prizes are paid, to strengthen consular care and protection in the United States, to support the migrant community during these challenging and uncertain times. "Today, each number will be more than an announcement: it will be a song of hope, fortune, and confidence in Mexico."
For her part, the Director General of Correos de México, Violeta Abreu González, emphasized that this raffle recognizes the efforts of those who have crossed borders, bringing their roots, traditions, culture, and legacy of greatness to other nations.
"We are very excited because with this moment, two sister institutions, the National Lottery and Correos de México, are sending the message that the strength of this great country lies in its roots, its traditions, and its culture. And also in serving Mexicans at home and abroad," he emphasized.
He noted that, along the way, Correos de México has been an ally to those who left their homeland, because behind the letters and messages there is a bond of love and hope, whether it be a mother waiting for the postman in her community, a son on the other side of the border who misses his homeland and expresses it in writing, or a family that remains united thanks to an envelope that crosses territories.
Therefore, he continued, this raffle celebrates the strength of our national identity, bridges the gap, and brings the hearts of every Mexican outside our country closer together.
The results of the September 15th drawing "Mexico with an M for Migrant"Olivia Salomón noted that this evening, September 15th, marks history with the Cry of Independence of Mexico's first female President, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo. "Her Cry, tonight, is also a tribute to the women who transform history every day, and a commitment to the Fourth Transformation, which is also written with justice and equality for all. Because Mexico is written with an M for Woman and an M for Migrant," she emphasized.
