Martín de Francisco presents "Shame on You" at the Teatro Libre de Chapinero.

Martín de Francisco's distinctive, sharp, and critical humor is well known. His comments and quick-wittedness are featured in his stand-up show "Qué vergüenza con ustedes," which will begin its season at the Teatro Libre de Chapinero on Thursday, August 14.
A Colombian broadcaster, narrator, actor, and sports journalist, he is remembered for hosting several television and radio programs, including "La Tele," which began airing in 1993 and remained in the memories of Colombian viewers who enjoyed the duo's caustic and irreverent humor. The program aired for two years. In 2017, it transformed into "La Tele Letal," where, alongside Santiago Moure, he hosted guests of the moment with his usual irreverence.
Martín was born in Zarzal (Valle) on September 22, 1966 and is the brother of actress and presenter Margarita Rosa de Francisco.
"How Shame on You" focuses on De Francisco's coaching skills, "offering advice, suggestions, and reflections so that his followers can find guidance, a path that will allow them to confront life's tragedy," according to a statement from the theater.

The show will also revolve around one of Martín's passions: soccer, but in a very unique way, combining it with politics in an experiment that, "although it hasn't been entirely successful, has been decided to continue in the show for lack of a better alternative," the document adds. "Of course, there will be no shortage of stories about family, friends, and, above all, enemies."
The show will be performed every Thursday, starting August 14th, at 8 pm, at the Teatro Libre in Chapinero. In addition to the 14th, the performances will be on August 21st and 28th, and September 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th.
Tickets can be purchased at the theater box office or through their website www.teatrolibre.com.
