Lewis Hamilton's film debut alongside Brad Pitt and Javier Bardem: new trailer for the highly anticipated 'F1'

The highly anticipated trailer for F1 , Apple Original Films' new film about the world of Formula 1, has finally been released. Brad Pitt, Javier Bardem , and seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton team up for this feature film directed by Joseph Kosinski, due for release soon.

The film, produced by the people behind Top Gun: Maverick , follows the story of Sonny Hayes (Pitt), a fallen F1 legend who, decades after a serious accident, receives a new opportunity to return to the circuit.

Rubén Cervantes (Bardem), a former teammate and now owner of a team on the verge of bankruptcy , recruits him to lead a project full of risks, speed and redemption.

Hamilton, in addition to being a producer, has worked closely with the creative team to ensure that the film faithfully reflects the world of Formula 1. Filming took place during Grand Prix weekends , adding to the realism of the viewing experience and reinforcing the appeal of this action-packed, adrenaline-fueled blockbuster.

With a script by Ehren Kruger and a soundtrack composed by Hans Zimmer , F1 also stars Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, and Kim Bodnia. The film, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, will hit Spanish theaters on June 27, 2025. Expectations are high, and everything points to it being one of the biggest releases of the year for fans of motorsports films and elite sports.
