How much money does a rejoneador earn per bullfight in Spain in 2025: salaries by category

Tradition is deeply rooted in Spain. Thousands of towns and cities celebrate their patron saint festivals each year, where one of the activities is bullfighting , a tradition with centuries of history in our country.
Like any profession, bullfighting workers have salaries established in their collective bargaining agreement published in the Official State Gazette (BOE), although prestige or recognition may have their own significance, just like any artist. The Sixth National Bullfighting Collective Agreement, in force until December 31, 2025, contains these figures.
In addition, the salary tables published in the Official State Gazette of February 18, 2025, have been updated in 2025.
These salary tables show the minimum wages for bullfighters, but also for other members of the bullfighting team, such as banderilleros, picadores, and rejoneadores. They also establish the professional and bullring categories.
