Tlajomulco, the municipality in the country with the most uninhabited homes—77,709—and which even has a subdivision, Lomas del Mirador, nicknamed "the Mexican Chernobyl" due to its neglected conditions, presented its Comprehensive Housing Recovery Plan yesterday.
