Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave the army 48 hours at midnight Wednesday to develop a new humanitarian aid plan for Gaza, asserting that Hamas "is once again taking control of aid entering the northern Gaza Strip."
"The Prime Minister and Defense Minister (Israel Katz) ordered the Israel Defense Forces to submit within 48 hours an action plan to prevent Hamas from taking control of the aid," said the statement released by Netanyahu's office.

Although more than half of the citizens surveyed believe the head of government should leave politics once the conflicts in the region are over, a survey revealed that Benjamin Netanyahu's popularity increased after the war with Iran.
The survey was conducted on June 25, one day after the ceasefire with Tehran announced by US President Donald Trump went into effect.
