Man arrested for threatening to kill a supermarket worker in Palma for ten euros

Palma Local Police have arrested an individual accused of threatening to kill an employee of a supermarket located in the Indioteria neighborhood . The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon, when officers responded to the establishment after receiving a report of disturbing public order .
According to the supermarket manager's account, as reported by the Local Police , a customer was demanding a refund of 10 euros corresponding to a telephone top-up , arguing that the transaction had not been carried out correctly.
Despite being shown receipts proving the refill, the man reacted aggressively . The police tried to intervene, but the individual maintained his attitude and disobeyed the officers' instructions .

Even after checking on his own phone that the recharge had been made, the customer persisted with his complaint. When warned that he might be committing a crime of disobedience , the man threatened to kill the employee in front of the officers .
The detainee, a 45-year-old man of Senegalese nationality, was taken into custody as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of threats and transferred to the disposal of the National Police .
