Juana Rivas's oldest son has asked the president of the Andalusian Regional Government, Juanma Moreno, in a letter to "do everything possible" to prevent his younger brother from returning to Italy with their father, Francesco Arcuri , who has custody, in accordance with a court ruling in that country whose execution has been set for this Tuesday by a Granada court.
"I am writing this letter out of great despair at the circumstances we are going through, especially my brother," the young man wrote in his letter, dated this past Sunday in Maracena, in the Granada metropolitan area, and consulted by Europa Press.
"I'm desperate and I know you're going to help us ," he continues, recognizing himself as "a child abused by my father" and knowing, he adds, "firsthand the hell my brother is going through," so he cannot "allow this barbarity and inconsistency ."
According to Arcuri and Rivas's eldest son, " no one has taken into account " the rights of his younger brother, whose life he believes is in "great danger." "I don't know if you know that my father has been prosecuted in Italy for severely abusing my brother and me, and that on September 18th, he will have to sit in the dock for that," he questions Moreno.

He asks if someone can "explain to him how, given this, justice forces my mother to hand over my brother, who is her main victim , on Tuesday," and says he doesn't understand why "this happens" in Spain.
"Above all, when in January a judge in Granada listened to my brother and protected him , and now," the letter continues, "he is in more danger than ever, because my father threatened to kill him or disappear with him forever if he spoke, how come they don't listen to him and protect him now?"
"I ask you, please, to help me ensure my brother has a happy childhood, which I have not been able to have, " asking the president of the Junta for "urgent and immediate measures" as "the person ultimately responsible for the meeting point where he is to be delivered" and expressing his confidence in him in this situation.
For his part, Italian Francesco Arcuri has demanded compliance with the court ordering his ex-partner Juana Rivas to hand over their youngest child, of whom he has custody, this Tuesday, and has called for an end to attempts to undermine or pressure the justice system with direct insults.

This was announced in a statement signed by his legal team in Spain and Italy, led by Serlapo Bardi and Enrique Zambrano, describing eight years of litigation between the former couple.
Arcuri's team, which has custody of the minor recognized by both countries , has criticized the fact that certain groups are trying to "delegitimize" the Administration of Justice through direct insult and has demanded compliance with the order that the youngest of their children, aged 11, return to his father this Tuesday .
