Women's European Championship: All finals of the European Championship – Always Prinz!

1984: Sweden – England 1:0 / 0:1 (4:3 on penalties)
After the first two unofficial European Women's Championships had already taken place in 1969 and 1979, UEFA hosted the continental tournament for the first time in 1984. What was unique at the time was that the first leg of the final was played in Sweden and the second leg in England. Both teams won 1-0 at home, so the match in Luton was decided on penalties.
