Woltemade arrives at the training camp with VfB Stuttgart

Shooting star Nick Woltemade has resumed his work at VfB Stuttgart amid speculation about a possible transfer to FC Bayern.
The 23-year-old traveled with the DFB Cup winners to their training camp at Tegernsee on Monday, where the first on-field session is scheduled for 5 p.m. Upon arrival at the team hotel, Woltemade, his cap pulled down low over his face, signed a few autographs for fans.
On Saturday, he had already completed the mandatory performance tests at VfB. Coach Sebastian Hoeneß, despite the recent transfer speculation, said this "didn't come as a surprise." The coach had been "constantly in contact" with Woltemade in recent weeks, most recently speaking with the sought-after attacker on Friday. Hoeneß and VfB expect Woltemade not to allow his daily work to be influenced by Bayern's efforts, to whom he has reportedly already committed.
VfB has so far rejected Bayern offers"Nick is here, everything else is irrelevant to me right now," Hoeneß is quoted as saying in the Stuttgarter Zeitung/Nachrichten. Woltemade has a contract with VfB until 2028 – without an exit clause. The Swabians had rejected Bayern's previous offers of €40 million and €50 million, respectively, plus €5 million in bonuses. They are reportedly looking for a transfer fee of at least €65 million. However, the Munich club is said to be unwilling to make a third offer for the time being .
