All training camps of the Bundesliga teams 25/26 at a glance

The 63rd Bundesliga season begins on Friday, August 22, 2025. FC Bayern Munich, as reigning German champions, will kick off the new season. Their opening match will be against last year's seventh-place finisher, RB Leipzig.
But before the ball rolls again, the 18 Bundesliga clubs face intensive summer preparation – with the goal of being optimally prepared for the new challenges of the 2025/26 season.
We provide an overview of the summer schedule for all 18 Bundesliga teams – including all training camps, test matches, and important dates.
The 2025/26 season will start comparatively later than usual due to the Club World Cup. Many clubs will begin team training as early as the beginning of July – usually starting with performance tests and individual sessions.
This is followed by the training camps, which continue to be an integral part of the preparations. Destinations in Austria and South Tyrol are particularly popular, but the USA and South America also play a role for some clubs – particularly for marketing reasons. Special conditions apply to FC Bayern and Borussia Dortmund – both are participating in the Club World Cup in the USA, which runs until July and is therefore an integral part of the preparations.
While some clubs rely on high-profile opponents in their friendlies, such as teams from the Premier League, La Liga, or Serie A, others prefer friendlies against lower-league opponents. In addition, personnel changes— new coaches, returning players, and prominent new signings —are shaping the clubs' preparations.
Who's starting when? Where are they training? And who are they testing against? Here's the overview:
