Last week, Jochen Flasbarth was back on stage at the Federal Environment Ministry, again holding flowers. Only one thing was different: Last time, Green Party Environment Minister Steffi Lemke came, and State Secretary Flasbarth left. This time, Lemke took her leave, and Flasbarth came.
