Karoline Herfurth attracted all eyes in a blue princess dress at the film awards ceremony in Berlin on Friday.
If there were a prize for the most spectacular dress at the German Film Awards, Karoline Herfurth (40) would have deserved it this year. The actress and director appeared at the awards ceremony in Berlin on Friday evening in a voluminous baby blue princess dress.
The special dress featured a peplum-like silhouette, reminiscent of dresses from historical films, a puffy skirt, and a sweeping train. The top was remarkably simple and modern, with a perfectly straight corset cut.
Real princess vibes on the red carpetHerfurth posed for photographers in the off-the-shoulder dress with her husband, producer and director Christopher Doll (49), looking like a princess from a fairytale. Herfurth complemented her light blue dress with a circular necklace, a sparkling bracelet, and a large ring. Her hair was styled back in a tight bun.
Herfurth also cut a fine figure on stage in her captivating gown, presenting the award for "Best Production Design" to Julian R. Wagner and Melanie Raab for their work in the smash-hit film "September 5." The film was the evening's big winner, winning nine awards, including the Golden Lola for Best Film.
