Asana DACH CEO: These are the biggest mistakes companies make with AI

AI-first , AI-enabled, AI-centric, AI-augmented – it has to be something with AI. AI seems to have long since arrived in many German companies. But appearances can be deceiving.
According to an Asana study, 67 percent of knowledge workers already use AI tools in their daily work. However, only 18 percent of companies have a company-wide AI strategy . This means that AI is being tried out – but rarely properly embedded.

Why do many companies still find it so difficult to truly embed AI throughout their organization ? Why do they often remain at small pilot projects? And what do companies that not only test AI but scale it do differently? What separates AI non-scalers from true pioneers – and how do you make the leap?
