After Autodoc: Brainlab, the hopeful, also cancels its IPO

Brainlab was considered a promising new issue in Germany , of which there have only been two smaller ones so far in 2025. The Berlin-based auto parts retailer Autodoc postponed its issue indefinitely last week due to a lack of demand.

So far this year, only the electrical engineering specialist Pfisterer and the software company Innoscripta have made the leap to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, both of which are listed in the “Scale” over-the-counter segment.
