Overcoming investment stagnation – for transformation and competitiveness by Dr. Thilo Schaefer, Head of the Digitalization and Climate Change Cluster at the German Economic Institute (IW).
Transformation, yes – but where does the money come from? By Dr. Gernot Engel, partner at the Luther law firm in Hamburg, and expert in national, European and international climate, energy and environmental law.
